Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support and maintain timely and accurate payroll operations across multiple states. This role ensures audit-ready processing and confidentiality of payroll data, while addressing employee questions via phone and email.

The position handles 5,000–7,000 employees and requires strong organization, Spanish language skills (preferred), and adherence to payroll policies.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years payroll/finance experience (3-5 years) required.
• Multi-state payroll processing experience preferred / CPP/FPC designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inputs data to payroll systems to prepare weekly and semi-monthly payroll.
• Runs pre-payroll audit reports to ensure accuracy of payroll output.
• Computes wage/overtime, deductions, and off-cycle payments; handles overpayments.
