Job summary

UKG is seeking a Payroll Representative III to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients using UKG Ready payroll services. You will deliver superior customer support, build relationships, and resolve payroll inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

You will identify issues, communicate with clients via email and video, and create payroll import templates in Excel, contributing to accurate, timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent, 2–5 years related experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management best practices.
• Attention to detail with a forward-thinking mindset.
• Quick learner able to absorb new information and systems quickly.

Responsibilities
