You will deliver outstanding customer support, build strong client relationships, resolve payroll inquiries, and ensure timely, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent, 2 - 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and forward-thinking mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day

Responsibilities

• Identify payroll issues, research, and provide effective solutions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Write emails and lead video meetings with clients and other remote team members.
• Use Excel to create payroll import templates for clients.
