You will deliver exceptional customer support, resolve payroll inquiries, and ensure timely, accurate service, while collaborating with colleagues in remote video meetings and using Excel to create payroll import templates for clients. The role emphasizes attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent, 2 - 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and forward-thinking mindset.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information, systems, and processes efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day

Responsibilities
