Job summary

UKG is seeking a Payroll Representative III to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients using UKG Ready payroll and workforce management. You will deliver exceptional customer support, maintain client relationships, and resolve payroll inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves researching issues, communicating via email and video meetings, and building payroll import templates in Excel. A 2–5 year payroll background and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent with 2–5 years related experience.
• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management best practices.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
