UKG is seeking a Payroll Representative III to serve as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of clients using UKG Ready payroll and workforce management services. This role delivers exceptional customer support, builds strong client relationships, resolves payroll inquiries, and ensures timely, accurate service.

You will lead emails and video meetings with clients and remote team members, and use Excel to create payroll import templates for clients, thriving in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent, 2 - 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and forward-thinking mindset.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information, systems, and processes efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day
