Qualifications

• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management.
• Able to learn new information, systems, and processes quickly.
• Capable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify payroll issues, conduct research, and provide effective solutions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead emails and video meetings with clients and other remote team members.
• Use Excel to create payroll import templates for clients.
