Job summary

ADP in Florida is hiring a Tax Payroll Client Service & Product Support Advisor to deliver technical and operational support on production issues, resolve questions, and act as a subject matter expert across payroll products.

You’ll build rapport with clients, handle inquiries by phone and email, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with federal and state payroll rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of client account management experience.
• Tax and payroll services or financial experience.
• Equivalent technical training and experience in client relations.

Responsibilities

• Technical and operational support on production issues for ADP products.
• Identify solutions for time-sensitive issues using a broad perspective.
• Assist clients in managing their business using payroll solutions and collaborate with internal units.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge on payroll, federal and state compliance, and procedures.
• Organize a high volume of inbound calls with a structured daily schedule.
