ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist to support client payroll and tax inquiries in a metrics-driven call center environment. You will respond to questions, provide guidance on payroll practices and tax considerations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Product Support: respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide navigation support.
• Payroll Processing - Tax: assist clients with payroll processing and understand tax changes, conduct research and follow-up.
• Consultation: act as a trusted advisor and provide consultative support and recommendations.
• Quarter and Year-End Support: resolve issues in partnership with clients and determine corrections.
• Reporting and Analysis: work on complex projects, research historical data, and make corrections.
• Collaborate and Communicate: collaborate with internal teams and possibly third-party vendors to meet client expectations.
