ADP, Inc. is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources Outsourcing team. You will support clients with payroll and tax questions, provide product navigation help, and ensure accurate processing in a fast-paced call center.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of payroll experience or military service, and enjoy building rapport with clients while delivering clear, actionable guidance. Training is comprehensive and ongoing.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant payroll experience or military experience.
• Experience working in a metric-driven environment.
• Ability to learn rapidly in ADP's training program.

Responsibilities

• Respond to payroll and tax inquiries from Client Payroll Administrators.
• Provide product navigation and data maintenance support.
• Act as trusted advisor on product optimization during calls.
• Support quarter and year-end processing with issue resolution.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and implement corrections.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, update clients on changes.
