Qualifications

• 4–6 years of account management experience.
• Tax, tax and payroll services, and/or financial experience.
• Equivalent technical training & experience in client relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support on production issues and processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for multiple products and functions.
• Support clients by resolving service inquiries and issues via phone and written communication.
• Continually upgrade knowledge on payroll, compliance, procedures, and tools.
• Organize daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
