ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources Outsourcing team. You will respond to client inquiries about payroll and tax topics with accurate, friendly guidance, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.

In this role you’ll tackle data maintenance, setup changes, tax corrections, and reporting, collaborating with internal groups and external vendors. Strong communication and a client-first mindset are essential for success in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll or related roles.
• Military experience welcomed.
• Occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions on payroll and benefits products.
• Assist with tax changes and payroll processing tasks.
• Provide consultative support and product optimization recommendations.
• Support quarter and year-end processing and error resolution.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
