Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation is seeking a Sr. Payroll Analyst II to support payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness across the organization in a complex multi-state environment.

You will reconcile accounts, assist with audits, reports, and system initiatives, ensuring timely accurate payroll processing. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of high-volume payroll experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of applicable payroll laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of high-volume, multi-state payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile payroll accounts and perform month-end close activities.
• Support payroll audits, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Assist with 401(k) administration and funding transmittals.
• Research discrepancies and strengthen payroll internal controls.
