Confidential is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support a fast-paced payroll department. The role handles weekly multi-state payroll, timecard audits in UKG, and off-cycle payrolls, while ensuring compliance with prevailing wage and Davis-Bacon requirements.

A strong Excel skillset and attention to regulation details are essential. The position involves reconciliations, garnishments management, and collaborating with third-party vendors to maintain accurate payroll data and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with full-cycle in-house payroll in high-volume weekly multi-state setup.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and wage laws.
• Experience with California prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting.
• Strong Excel data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly multi-state payroll for 3,000+ employees.
• Review payroll data and audit transactions in UKG.
• Audit and process timecards via UKG Workforce Management.
• Process manual and off-cycle payroll transactions.
• Manage garnishments, tax levies, and child support.
• Prepare certified payroll reports (LCPtracker) and reconciliations.
• Ensure Davis-Bacon Act compliance for prevailing wage projects.
