Job summary

PayPal in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Manager, Sales Specialist, Payouts to drive adoption of Payouts solutions across new and existing accounts. You will lead discovery, design solutions, and position differentiated value for Enterprise Payouts and PayPal Payouts.

This consultative role partners with Account Management to grow merchant transaction margins, with success measured by activated volume within assigned verticals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with domestic and cross-border payout and disbursement solutions, including Enterprise Payouts and PayPal Payouts, is a bonus.
• Acts as a resource for other sellers, sharing payout systems and operations knowledge.
• Ability to position payout solutions against competitors with quantified business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, solution design, competitive positioning and pricing on qualified opportunities.
• Identify opportunities and advance product-specific deals with Account Managers.
• Navigate diverse opportunities and plan mitigation for sales success.
• Travel up to 10% of time.
