Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Manager, Sales Specialist, Payouts to join the North America Commercial sales team. You will partner with Account Management to grow adoption and transaction margin for PayPal’s Payouts solutions, including Enterprise Payouts and PayPal Payouts, across new and existing accounts.

This is a consultative role. The Specialist leads with discovery, designs the right solution, and positions differentiated value against competitors, from opportunity through activation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business trends.
• Identify issues and recommend best practices to improve processes.
• Partner with various teams to analyze and understand business trends.
• Contribute to business or process improvements within the function.
• Develop strategies to enhance product sales and customer satisfaction.
• Travel up to 10% of time.
