U.S. Bank is seeking a senior Payments Sales Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of treasury and payment solutions, driving client growth and revenue expansion.

You will advise clients and Relationship Managers, shaping strategies across receivables, payables, liquidity, merchant, card, and trade services. You will guide discovery, coordinate with product specialists, and manage pricing, ensuring consistent client messaging and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and business development skills with a proven ability to deepen client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and consultative sales capabilities for strategic client-centric solutions.
• Broad knowledge of banking products across treasury, payments, deposits, and commercial banking.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to achieve client and business objectives.
• Exceptional written communication, executive presentation, and client-facing advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver year-over-year revenue growth and expand relationships through proactive account planning and executive multi-threading.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs across liquidity, receivables, payments, merchant services and trade domains, and translate into integrated solutions.
• Serve as the single point of contact for payments strategy with clear client messaging, coordinating with product and implementation teams.
• Structure and lead client discussions aligned with business priorities and payment trends; track progress using dashboards and CRM tools.
• Prioritize payment opportunities for ICG RMs and provide insights on segmentation, product fit, and revenue potential.
