Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of Treasury Management sales experience.
• Proven sales, prospecting and new business development skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management and Payments.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new business clients for payment services.
• Advise clients on cash conversion cycle, working capital and internal processes.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to service and expand client relationships.
• Analyze receivables and payables cycles for identified client relationships.
• Provide consultative feedback and product/service recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and ensure operational excellence.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals and retention objectives.
• Assist in structuring and implementing new or modified payment services.
• Build community relationships and identify business development opportunities.
