U.S. Bank is seeking a Payment Sales Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of treasury and payment solutions in the St. Louis and Kansas City markets.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and Relationship Managers, developing sales strategies, managing complex portfolios, and mentoring team members. You will drive holistic payments and deposits solutioning, structure client discussions, and coordinate pricing with product and finance teams while ensuring compliance and strong working

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and business development skills with a proven ability to deepen client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and consultative sales capabilities for client-centric solutions.
• Broad knowledge of banking products and services across treasury, payments, deposits, and commercial banking.

Responsabilités

• Deliver year-over-year revenue growth, expand relationships, and minimize attrition through proactive account planning and executive multi-threading.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs across liquidity and investments, receivables, payments, merchant services, and trade domains.
• Translate needs into integrated solutions by engaging product specialists and implementation teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for payments strategy, ensuring consistency in client messaging.
