U.S. Bank is seeking a results-driven professional to lead the acquisition, expansion and retention of new Payment business, including Treasury Management and Card products.

The role emphasizes outside sales with a strong focus on new business development and consultative client engagement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of related experience in Treasury Management sales.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, expand and retain new Payment business including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products.
• Prospect and meet with clients to provide consultative advice on cash conversion cycle, working capital management and internal processes for Payment services.
• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure proper servicing and growth of accounts.
• Analyze receivables/payables operating cycles for client relationships.
• Provide consultative and insightful feedback to clients.
• Recommend products/services to improve client processes and efficiency.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience with operational excellence.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals and retention objectives.
• Assist in structuring Payment services and oversee implementation where applicable.
• Build community relationships and engage with local organizations.
• Identify business development opportunities and community impact for U.S. Bank.
