Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager to lead technical engagements with financial institutions and merchants across the U.S. within a hybrid model.

The role combines deep payments expertise with client-facing skills to design and present tokenization, wallet integration, and real-time payments solutions that align with client needs and regulatory requirements. Travel up to 25% is expected, and candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years in payments or fintech solutions engineering.
• Experience supporting issuers, processors, and networks.
• Knowledge of tokenization and wallet provisioning.
• Familiarity with EMV, NFC standards, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leads technical discovery and solution design for wallet enablement.
• Explains tokenization flows and provider interactions.
• Delivers client-focused payment solutions integrated with ecommerce.
• Creates solution documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Provides presentations and workshops explaining workflows.
• Ensures security policies and data protection compliance.
