Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager to bridge the gap between sales and clients, delivering tailored payment solutions and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role blends technical expertise with sales acumen to drive growth across the U.S.

payments market. The position requires extensive knowledge of payment networks, tokenization, and orchestration layers, plus the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or other related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting within the U.S. payments or fintech industry.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and ecommerce integrations. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payments regulations, including PCI-DSS, AML, KYC, and other compliance standards.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex payment solutions into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to diagnose challenges in payment systems and architect scalable solutions.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and merchants.
• Partners with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the U.S. payments market.
• Leverages a deep understanding of U.S. payment systems to design tailored solutions for clients.
• Develops and presents payment solutions that integrate with ecommerce platforms and the Paze wallet.
• Conducts technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations for clients.
• Creates comprehensive solution documentation, guides, and proposals tailored to client use cases.
• Defines, monitors and reviews the sales solutions engineering objectives to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Works with leadership to support the rapid growth of the Paze organization.
