Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Solutions Engineer Manager to bridge pre‑sales and post‑sales activities for payment solutions. You will leverage knowledge of payment networks, tokenization, real‑time payments, and ecommerce integrations to design and present tailored client solutions.

The role requires deep understanding of U.S. payments regulations and the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting in U.S. payments/fintech.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and ecommerce integrations.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payments regulations (PCI-DSS, AML, KYC).

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and merchants.
• Partners with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the U.S. payments market.
• Designs tailored payment solutions that integrate with ecommerce platforms and the Paze wallet.
• Conducts technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to educate clients on payment workflows.
• Creates comprehensive solution documentation and proposals tailored to client use cases.
• Defines, monitors and reviews the sales solutions engineering objectives to align with business goals.
• Works with leadership to develop action plans to support rapid growth of the Paze organization.
• Acts as a communications channel between market trends and the Product team.
• Complies with security policies to maintain data confidentiality, integrity and availability.
