Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager in hybrid roles across major US markets. You will blend technical and sales skills to design and deliver payment-solutions architectures, tokenization flows, and wallet integrations for issuers and networks.

You’ll lead technical discovery, present complex solutions, and ensure regulatory and security compliance. The role requires deep knowledge of EMV, NFC, token lifecycle management, and experience in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in payments/fintech solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
• Proven experience supporting issuers, processors, networks, token services, or wallet integrations.
• Strong knowledge of payment tokenization, ID&V, token lifecycle management and fraud scenarios.
• Working knowledge of EMV, NFC and contactless standards, and certification processes.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, ecommerce integrations, and scalable architectures.
• Understanding of U.S. payments regulation (PCI DSS, AML, KYC, sanctions).
• Excellent customer-facing, sales, leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Travel up to 25% and background check.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with internal teams, partners, issuers, networks, processors, merchants, acquirers, and vendors.
• Partners with sales to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the U.S. payments market.
• Leads design of client solutions and architecture for payment technologies and the Paze platform.
• Leads technical discovery and solution design for digital wallets and provisioning workflows.
• Explains tokenization, wallet interactions, and carrier/service provider integrations.
• Defines end-to-end token lifecycle and aligns with issuer systems and card networks.
• Develops payment solutions that integrate with ecommerce platforms and Paze.
• Delivers technical presentations, workshops, and architecture reviews for clients.
• Creates solution documentation, flows, and integration requirements.
• Monitors objectives and aligns with business goals; communicates market feedback to Product.
• Ensures compliance with security policies and organizational procedures.
