Job summary
Early Warning is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager in a hybrid role across New York, Chicago, San Francisco or Scottsdale. You will bridge Sales and Client teams to architect payment solutions, lead technical pre- and post-sales engagements, and drive scalable architectures for real-time payments and wallets.
Candidates should have 8+ years in payments/fintech, strong API/SDK experience, and proven client relationship skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 8+ years in solutions or sales engineering within fintech/payments.
- Experience in CRM, client relationship management, and sales support.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with internal teams, partners and merchants.
- Partner with sales to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise.
- Design tailored payment solutions integrating with ecommerce platforms and Paze wallet.
- Present solutions via technical workshops and demonstrations.
- Create solution documentation and proposals for client use cases.
- Define and monitor engineering objectives aligned to business goals.
- Support rapid growth plans for the Paze organization.
