Socure is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, Payments, to act as the technical lead during the sales cycle for major fintech clients and payment ecosystems. You will map client needs to Socure’s identity verification and fraud solutions, delivering compelling demonstrations and guiding POC efforts.

You will collaborate with Sales, Data Science, Product, and Customer Success to articulate value and drive adoption, while mentoring junior team members in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in solutions/consulting or professional services.
• 3+ years in professional services, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise SaaS sales with data-driven or ML-enabled platforms.
• Strong technical acumen: APIs, cloud-based platforms, RDBMS, ML/DS concepts.
• Expertise in risk, fraud, or compliance in financial services, fintech, gaming, or wireless.
• Ability translating technical concepts into business value for executives and technical teams.
• Experience with fraud analytics, decisioning systems, or threshold optimization.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, BSA, USA PATRIOT Act).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical lead during the sales cycle, mapping client needs to Socure’s solutions.
• Lead discovery, solutioning, technical workshops, and POC design with Sales and Data Science.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client goals.
• Advise clients on identity verification, fraud risk, and compliance domains.
• Influence product development with market feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership via whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and customer stories.
• Mentor junior Solution Consultants and help establish best practices.
