Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant, Core to be a primary technical contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation for our core identity verification products. You will understand client needs and map them to Socure solutions, collaborating with Sales, Data Science, Product Development, and Marketing to optimize outcomes.

You will translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, contribute to SOWs and pricing, and travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in professional services, customer management, or sales engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise engagements involving analytics, technology, or enterprise software.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders to drive business results.
• Prior experience with SaaS sales processes.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations (oral and written).
• Strong presentation-building and delivery skills.
• Experience in financial services or wireless industries is a plus.
• Experience with document capture or OCR/CV tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with banking regulations (e.g., FCRA, ECOA) is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude (ML/DS, REST APIs, RDBMS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to present core products and contribute to SOWs and pricing.
• Collaborate with Data Science on POC design and execution.
• Tailor strategies and recommendations for prospective clients.
• Partner with Product Development to surface client feedback for product iteration.
• Contribute to thought leadership with Product Marketing (blogs, whitepapers, webinars).
• Translate between technical and non-technical audiences internally and externally.
• Support meetings to align resources and prioritize projects for maximum impact.
• Serve as a day-to-day technical resource across sales engagements (field and channel).
• Mentor junior Solution Consultants as needed.
