Job summary

Socure is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to partner with Sales in demonstrating how our identity trust platform solves complex identity, fraud, and risk challenges for strategic technology and AI customers. You will lead discovery, design scalable solutions, and deliver tailored demonstrations throughout the sales cycle.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and help deliver compelling solutions with a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, professional services, or related customer-facing role.
• Proven track record leading enterprise sales engagements with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements.
• Strong discovery, solution design, demos, architecture discussions, and PoC execution.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
• Familiarity with identity verification, fraud prevention, risk management, fintech, or data-intensive domains.

Responsibilities

• Own pre-sales solution consulting for strategic Big Tech/AI customers from qualification through closed won.
• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer priorities, objectives, requirements, and decision criteria.
• Lead discovery sessions uncovering identity, fraud, risk, onboarding, compliance, and workflows.
• Design scalable solutions aligning Socure platform capabilities to customer needs and outcomes.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical workshops, architecture discussions, and executive presentations.
• Lead or support PoC/PoV studies and data study design with Data Science.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Marketing to address customer requirements.
• Create reusable assets and playbooks to improve team effectiveness.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to technical excellence and customer focus.
