Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in patient services in a healthcare setting.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of patient registration procedures and insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Assists with check-in/check-out, scheduling, and patient relations.
• Verifies insurance and answers phones.
