Responsibilities

• Verify documentation for imaging procedures (prescriptions, referrals, authorizations).
• Confirm exam prep compliance and relay issues to clinical staff.
• Contact referring offices to obtain missing prescriptions or authorizations.
• Scan, upload, and maintain documents in the patient record.
• Update demographics and insurance information for returning patients.
• Collect time-of-service payments and perform deposit reconciliation.
• Provide forms, explain processes, and obtain patient signatures.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new representatives.
• Support daily operations by answering phones and scheduling appointments.
