Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data entry and customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience/working knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls with courtesy across multiple lines and provide patient outreach.
• Maintain punctual attendance and professional conduct with internal/external customers.
• Represent the company following policies and protect PHI per HIPAA standards.
• Perform front desk duties: greet patients, schedule appointments, and handle routine inquiries.
