Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center setting and 12 months in a healthcare setting or 12 months in a healthcare call center.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance programs and/or government programs.
• Demonstrated experience using office equipment such as a printer, copier, fax, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a preceptor for new staff.
