Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience using office equipment (printer, copier, fax, scanner)
• Experience using a computer including data entry and retrieval
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Responsibilities

• Provide outbound call center services across all clinical areas within the Medical Center, applying expert understanding of each clinic's scheduling requirements
• Schedule specialty referral appointments or modify appointments as a result of operational changes
• Take inbound calls from patients calling to obtain medical services as necessary
