UCI Health is seeking a patient-focused representative to provide high-quality service to patients calling UC Irvine Medical Center for medical services. You will serve as a preceptor for new staff, helping them learn processes and standards.

The role requires excellent English communication, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to navigate insurance programs. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and communicate effectively in English.
• Minimum understanding of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of insurance/government programs is preferred.
• Experience in call center or healthcare setting is required or beneficial.
