Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide front-line administrative support and health unit coordination.
• Respond to patient inquiries with tact and discretion.
• Maintain privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Train and mentor new staff; conduct QA and training.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Coordinate scheduling, registration, and check-in workflows.
• Assist with financial clearance and communications with insurers.
