• 5–7 years healthcare admin experience preferred; healthcare setting experience required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Knowledge of patient registration and insurance processes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ADT and insurance verification systems is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support and front-office functions for the unit.
• Register patients, verify demographics, insurance and consent.
• Schedule complex appointments and coordinate with departments.
• Answer phones, triage calls, and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Process patient charges and assist with financial counseling as needed.
• Train and mentor team members and serve as a resource for staff.
