Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education helpful.
• Six months' customer service experience desired.
• Prior EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures and surgeries by coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Review procedure orders and ensure resources are available.
• Serve as liaison between providers and supporting staff; manage provider schedules.
• Assist with registration duties and front-desk tasks; may train new employees.
• Act as EMR super user and maintain confidentiality in all tasks.
