Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to schedule medical services for patients.
• Reviews procedure and surgery orders and schedules resources to perform procedures.
• Manages provider schedules and resolves scheduling conflicts.
• Serves as liaison between provider and supporting staff.
• May perform registration duties and front desk tasks.
• May train and mentor new employees and act as EMR super user.
