Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Two years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments system wide for providers.
• Collects and maintains accurate patient information for registration and insurance.
• Coordinates and communicates with clinics and departments to meet scheduling needs.
• Provides prep instructions for ancillary and diagnostic procedures as required.
• Answers patient and referring physician questions about appointment status.
• Mentors new hires and delivers scheduling guideline trainings.
