Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register incoming patients and support the check-in process
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referrals as needed
• Explain financial obligations and collect payments at time of service
• Ensure privacy protections and HIPAA compliance
• Read and interpret insurance responses and verify demographics
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with approvals/pre-certifications
• Handle multi-channel messages for appointments, referrals, and prescriptions
• Keep patients informed about wait times and changes
