Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to own 100% of assigned patient cases, from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up, in a remote US-based role.

You will manage benefits investigation, prior authorizations, copay support, and medication access coordination with payers, providers, HUB partners, and patients to ensure timely reimbursement for PDPA and VFM products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical (or related) customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication with patients, providers, and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in reimbursement, access, and coverage processes.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases from HUB enrollment to post-fill follow-up.
• Serve as central point of contact for patients/caregivers and HCPs on reimbursement and access.
• Explain access options and answer questions related to coverage and costs.
• Coordinate with HCPs, payers, and HUB partners to ensure timely access to therapy.
• Document case activity and maintain compliant, real-time records.
