Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a dedicated Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator to support patient access to PDPA and VFM products. You will own the full patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up, liaising with patients, providers, payers, and vendors to resolve cases and ensure timely access.

In this role, you will handle SOB discussions, verify enrollment details, explain out-of-pocket costs, and manage prior authorizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years pharma experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience conducting benefit investigation and payer communications.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement, copay programs, and PA process.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end patient case journey from enrollment to post-fill follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, providers, and payers on reimbursement and access.
• Coordinate with HUB partners, IQVIA/MDX, and third-party vendors to resolve cases.
