Job summary

Pfizer seeks a dedicated Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to own 100% of patient cases from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up. You will educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers on reimbursement and access issues, coordinating with payers, HUB partners, and vendors to resolve barriers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years pharmaceutical experience in customer-facing roles.
• 6+ months as FRM, PAC, FAS or similar in access/reimbursement.
• Working proficiency in Polaris CRM system and related case management.
• Ability to communicate with patients, providers, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of copay programs, copay maximizers, accumulators, vouchers, and interim care.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for reimbursement and access status with patients and HCPs.
• Navigate SOB discussions, BI/BV calls, and PA/appeal requirements.
• Coordinate with IQVIA/MDX and hubs for patient assessments and tests.
• Maintain accurate case comments and secure communications across teams.
