Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to manage the end-to-end patient access journey for PDPA and VFM products. This field-based, non-promotional role partners with patients, providers, payers, HUBs, and vendors to ensure timely reimbursement and access.

You will own case management from enrollment through post-fill follow-up, coordinating BI/BV calls, prior authorizations, and post-fill support, with strict adherence to compliance and privacy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical (or related) experience in customer-facing roles.
• 6 months minimum in access and reimbursement with Polaris CRM.
• Working proficiency in Polaris, including case management and PA documentation.
• Experience conducting benefit investigations with payers and PA/appeals.
• Ability to manage high-volume cases with rigorous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-volume patient journey case management from enrollment to follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, caregivers, and HCPs on reimbursement and access.
• Explain coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and reimbursement options to patients.
• Coordinate with IQVIA/MDX on patient assessment tests and scheduling.
• Oversee prior authorization processes and communicate PA requirements.
