Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a dedicated Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to support patients’ access to PDPA and VFM products. The role owns the end-to-end patient journey, from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up, working with patients, providers, payers, HUB partners, and vendors.

You will educate patients and healthcare providers on reimbursement, access, and coverage, while handling case verification, authorization, and ongoing follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years pharma or related customer-facing experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly with patients, providers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with reimbursement, prior authorization, and copay programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned patient cases from enrollment to post-fill follow-up.
• Lead SOB discussions, verify information, and explain coverage and costs to patients.
• Manage prior authorizations, appeals processes, and voucher/IC program administration.
• Coordinate with HUB partners, payers, providers, and vendors to resolve case issues.
