Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to own end-to-end patient access journeys for PDPA and VFM products. This remote, field-based role collaborates with patients, providers, payers and HUB partners to drive reimbursement, access, and coverage outcomes.

You will manage SOB discussions, BI/BV, prior authorizations, and post-fill follow-up, ensuring timely, compliant case progression across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; pharma or related field experience preferred.
• Experience in patient-facing roles focusing on access and reimbursement is advantageous.
• Proven ability to navigate complex payer landscapes and PA/appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned patient cases and manage the end-to-end journey.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, caregivers, and providers on reimbursement and access issues.
• Coordinate with HUB partners and providers to ensure timely approvals and post-fill follow-up.
• Conduct benefit investigations and verifications with payers.
• Guide patients through copay and interim care programs as needed.
