Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to own the end-to-end patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up. This field-based, non-promotional role supports access to PDPA and VFM products, collaborating with patients, providers, payers, HUB partners, and vendors.

The DCC acts as the primary contact for reimbursement and coverage questions, conducts SOB discussions, BI/BV calls with payers, coordinates appointments, and manages copay

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or related experience in customer-facing roles.
• 6 months minimum as a FRM, PAC, FAS or similar in access/reimbursement with Polaris.
• Experience conducting benefit investigation with payers; knowledge of prior authorization and appeals.
• Knowledge of copay programs, copay maximizers and accumulators, vouchers, and interim care programs.
• Ability to manage high volume of concurrent cases with disciplined documentation.
• AE reporting obligations and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, caregivers, and HCPs on reimbursement and access.
• Conduct SOB discussions and verify PBM coverage and baseline tests.
• Oversee prior authorization, BI/BV calls, and payer communications.
• Coordinate appointments and assessments with providers and vendors.
• Manage copay eligibility, vouchers, copay cards, and interim care programs.
• Triage prescriptions and follow up at 10 and 45 days.
