Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an experienced Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC). This field-based, non-promotional role owns end-to-end patient cases from HUB enrollment to post-fill follow-up, coordinating with patients, providers, payers, and vendors.

You will lead BI/BV calls with payers, conduct SOB discussions, and navigate PA/appeal processes while supporting copay and interim care programs, in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. Degree; 8+ years pharmaceutical experience in customer-facing roles.
• 6 months minimum as FRM, PAC, FAS or similar experience in access and Reimbursement and working with Polaris CRM.
• Working proficiency in Polaris, including case management and documentation, prescription triage, and interpretation of PA, appeal, and PEF documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate directly with patients, providers, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Experience conducting benefit investigation and verification directly with payers; knowledge of prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Knowledge of copay programs, copay maximizers and accumulators, vouchers, and interim care programs.
• Ability to own high volume of concurrent cases with disciplined documentation.
• Understanding of Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Specialty Pharmacy Networks, Co-Pay Assistance Programs.
• Nice-to-have: HUB experience; Kite works or encrypted email; Docusign; copay portal administration.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive continual management from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up.
• Be the central point of contact for patients/caregivers and HCPs on reimbursement and access status.
• Conduct SOB discussions for HUB-enrolled patients and walk through out-of-pocket costs.
• Oversee BI/BV calls with payers and patients and manage PA/appeal requirements.
• Coordinate appointments, tests, and verifications with providers and IQVIA/MDX where needed.
• Manage Interim Care programs, vouchers, and copay card administration.
