Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a dedicated Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to own end-to-end patient cases, guiding them from HUB enrollment to post-fill follow-up. You will work with patients, providers, payers, HUB partners, and vendors to resolve access and reimbursement questions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end case ownership, SOB discussions, prior authorizations, and compatible programs like Interim Care and copay assistance, with strict compliance and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in pharmaceutical or related customer-facing roles.
• 6 months minimum as FRM, PAC, FAS or similar in access and Reimbursement.
• Working proficiency in Polaris for case management and PA/PEF documentation.
• Experience conducting benefit investigations and verification with payers.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up.
• Serve as central point-of-contact for reimbursement and access status with patients and HCPs.
• Oversee SOB discussions and verify GHP, DIU and Interim Care options with providers.
• Coordinate PA submissions and track PA, appeals, and PEF documentation.
• Manage copay programs, vouchers, and interim care programs; ensure timely follow-up.
