Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to own the patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up. You will educate patients, caregivers, and HCPs on reimbursement and access, coordinating SOB discussions, PA processes, and baseline assessments.

The role is remote/field-based with travel ~10–20% and involves end-to-end case management in Polaris, ensuring compliant communication and timely follow-up across payers and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with reimbursement, access, and coverage issues.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and manage patient journey from enrollment to post-fill follow-up.
• Conduct SOB discussions and verify SB/PA requirements with providers and payers.
• Coordinate appointments, baseline assessments, and interim care options with providers and patients.
• Oversee prior authorization, BI/BV calls with payers, and voucher administration.
• Maintain accurate case comments and documentation across systems.
